Hi Community - 

Hoping for some assistance here.  I have not been able to find a solution and have hit a road block.

I am looking to create a widget in a Jira Dashboard which reflects the following.

- Average Time to Assign an issue by priority by month.

In other words, for January - what was the average time to assign for Criticals, Highs, Mediums, Lows.

Here is an example of what I envisioned (created in google sheets).

Any guidance or advice would be GREATLY appreciated.  Thanks!!!

Hi @Michael Gorman,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

I'm afraid that this is not possible with the Jira's default gadgets.

How do you set the priority? Do you set it via a workflow transition screen while moving the issue to a new status, or you just update the issue without moving it to a new  workflow status?
