JSM alerts html formatting issue

Hi,

We completed the migration of opsgenie to JSM recently and noticed that the alert description stays in the HTML format displaying the tags rather than showing the processed information.

Kindly let know if there is any configuration to be applied post integration on alerts.

There's an open feature request ticket on this ([JSDCLOUD-14513] Ability to render HTML tags in alert description and extra properties - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.). Even though it seems to be a bug/defect, it's being tracked as an additional feature for now.
