JSM Forms not appearing in agent view or on portal when customers submit

I have built one of the new JSM Forms and successfully added it below a request type on the JSM portal. I can see the form in preview and on the live portal, and when I submit test tickets everything seems to work well. The form automatically appears in agent view (as shown in the screenshot).

I made the form live yesterday, but when the first customers submitted tickets the forms were missing from agent view, and there was no data coming through from the customer.

Has anyone come across this before?

Yes, this seems to be a bug as mentioned here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-10861

Even I tried this and getting same issue. And seems to be affected for customer only accounts.

Have added my upvote in the bug
