×Noting that in the Version History for Jira Cloud by Atlassian, version 211.0.1, 211.1.0 and 211.2.0, it explicitly mentions that "Jira Service Management forms are now available on mobile.".
That said, I am still unable to attach or view existing attached forms on my service desk tickets. I can see that a form has been attached if one exists on a ticket, but when I tap to open the form I get the error attached below, on multiple devices.
I have tried updating the app, deleting and reinstalling the app, using it on different devices and still no luck.
Any information on whether I am missing something or if the patch may not have been pushed though would be greatly appreciated. My goal is to be able to attach and submit forms using the mobile app as we rely heavily on forms.
Thank you.
Hi @Frederick Brien

Hi, I am also having a problem with Forms on the Android Jira App. On iOS I can see the most up to date form, but Android users only get a form which I made 4 weeks ago and it hasn't updated.

Hi @Jen Payne
Could you elaborate on the problem that you are facing on the Android app, is it that new Forms that have been attached are not showing up on the app (while it is reflecting on iOS) or something else? What app version are you on?
Additionally could you raise a feedback from the in-app feedback feature. This greatly improves our ability to diagnose and resolve.
We appreciate your feedback and your patience
Thanks
Toshan

Hi @Jen Payne ,
I would like to clarify that the screenshots that you shared above are JWM forms and not JSM forms.
Nonetheless I will share this with the relevant team so they can have a look at it.
Thanks

Hi @Jen Payne - thanks for flagging. Could you open the play store and update the app to see this fixes your issue.
Thanks,
Jack
