Noting that in the Version History for Jira Cloud by Atlassian, version 211.0.1, 211.1.0 and 211.2.0, it explicitly mentions that "Jira Service Management forms are now available on mobile.".
That said, I am still unable to attach or view existing attached forms on my service desk tickets. I can see that a form has been attached if one exists on a ticket, but when I tap to open the form I get the error attached below, on multiple devices.
I have tried updating the app, deleting and reinstalling the app, using it on different devices and still no luck.
Any information on whether I am missing something or if the patch may not have been pushed though would be greatly appreciated. My goal is to be able to attach and submit forms using the mobile app as we rely heavily on forms.
Thank you.
Hi @Frederick Brien
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are investigating this and will come back with an update soon
Thanks

Hi @Frederick Brien ,
Unfortunately you can only view Forms with the Atlassian Mobile app.
Feel free to try out our Mobility for Jira app (iOS, Android). With our app you can add new forms, edit and submit them.
Get started by installing our corresponding Atlassian Marketplace Add-on.
Kind regards,
The Mobility Team

Thank you for the quick and insightful response!
Do you know if this also works for Software Project type projects, as well as Service Project type projects?
And does this also have an export feature that includes image attachments submitted in the form?

@Frederick Brien , if you use Jira Data Center Forms will also work for other Project types besides JSM. For Jira Cloud, Atlassian doesn't allow to configure Forms for anything else than JSM to our knowledge.
In our app you can add attachments to a Form. We have a XLSX and PDF view function (not released yet, will be available next week) in the app.
Hope that helps. You can also send us an email to our helpdesk if you have further questions: support@mobilitystream.com.
Thanks.
