JQL Query for filtering any requests based on:
1. created on a weekday after 6:30 AM before Weekend 6:30 PM. ( Monday 6:30 AM to Friday 18:30 PM) . The goal will be set 30 Min First Response time
2. Created on weekend, After Friday 18:30 PM till Monday at 6:30 AM ( Friday 18:30 PM - 24:00 AND Saturday 00:00 to 24:00 AND Sunday 00:00 to 24:00 AND Monday 00:00 to 6:30 AM). The goal will be set 3 hours any request comes in during this period for the first response time.
