We used Comodo Wildcard SSL certificate. After installing and configuring the certificates, the Atlassian JIRA Service won't start.
Settings in Server.xml:
<Connector port="8443" protocol="org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11NioProtocol"
Hi Shannon,
i changed org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11NioProtocol in the bottom of server.xml.
Now service desk starts over https :-)
Thanks
Mario
Ortwin,
Nice find! Glad you were able to resolve the issue. :)
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on your logs. It does appear that the bit you sent me wasn't enough to make any conclusions but happy you were able to fix it on your end.
Take care, and have a pleasant week!
Regards,
Shannon

Ortwin,
We'll need to see the errors that are happening in the logs in order to know what's going wrong.
Could you have a look at your Jira Server Application logs and let me know what errors are occurring when you try to start Jira?
Thank you!
Regards,
Shannon
