JIRA Servicedesk multiple projects

Dear reader,

We are using the Servicedesk portal and now it's connected to one project.

Our ideal situation is the following:

Customer portal connected to 2 projects.

The main goal is that our customer only needs to access the portal and can make tickets for different projects.

I'm struggling how this should be configurated in JIRA. I hope you guys can help me out!

You cannot do this.  

A portal is completely configured within the context of the project it is part of.

If you want to use two projects, you need two portals.
