I have several questions - I am just setting up and chose server in error. How can I change to cloud?
How do I get to my own account and not the demo
To get my license number it says to go to the gear in upper right select System and the System Info from the left column - problem is that there is NO System Info in the list.
You can't change it, you have to buy a new Cloud system and drop the server (if you've put data in, you can export it and load it into Cloud, and if you are in the first 30 days of your licence, you can get a refund on the licence because you made an honest mistake)
I am not sure I understand "how do I get my own account and not the demo". The initial default accounts are simple. A server account is just a server account. A Cloud account is an Atlassian account you own that is granted access to your Cloud instance. There's no "demo account"
You don't need the system info on Cloud, it's all done from my.atlassian.com once you've set up a trial.
Thanks Nic. My billing shows Cloud so I believe that I am n now on the Cloud.
When I "invite users" to a project the list has names that I did not enter and have no idea of who they are. Any idea of where they came from and how I get rid of them?
