Issue type icons missing on a freshly installed Jira Service Desk 3.9.5

Hi

I just installed JSD 3.9.5 and created a first project but issue type icons are not displayed as we can see in the following screenshot :

missing_avatars.png

For an unknown reason, the paths to the icons points to avatar ids :

avatars_url.png

Of course, these avatars don't exist on my server and requests lead to 500 errors.

I would have thought that such icons are downloaded using URLs like "/servicedesk/issue-type-icons?icon=xxx"

What did I miss in the configuration of my JSD ?

Thanks !

Hi Eddy,

Are you able to edit any of the issues types to another icon by clicking on "Edit"?
Could you please confirm if the icons are broken when you navigate to a ticket?
Do you have a proxy in place?

I'm asking you this because usually those icons are installed by default so we don't have to configure anything unless you want to customize those icons.

Kind Regards,

Hi Deyves,

Yes, I can edit icons and they were missing when navigating to a ticket before I edit them manually :

Capture.PNG

You can see that the last one is missing, this is avatar id 10540.

Others are in range 103xx :

I'm behind a reverse proxy but don't have the same issue with another Jira Software 7.6 fresh installation.
