If you have a question about the functionality of the Issue Details for Jira Service Desk add-on, you are best to contact the developer of that addon.

Given that only 36 people in the entire world have ever installed it, it hasn't been updated since 2018, nobody has given a review in more than 3 years and there are review comments indicating major flaws, perhaps that's a hint whether to use it or not.
