I would like to inform that we have updated the "Issue Commented" trigger in A4J (automation) to listen and understand different instances when a comment could be added to the ticket: as the main action, during the status transition, or while editing issue fields. One or more of these comment types can be selected as filters when adding this trigger to an automation rule. Now automation rules can differentiate different comment types.
