I'm using Atlas CRM for storing customer information and automatically linking company and contact info to my issues.
Is there a way to display more detailed customer information on the issue view? For example I need to be able to see not just the customer and company names as fields, but also phone number, e-mail address and address.
If this information can't be added directly to the issue view with a pre-defined field from Atlas CRM, perhaps there is some workaround with adding a custom field?
Hi Maria,
Great to see you are using Atlas CRM! 🙌
We have an Atlas CRM automation that can help you with this. It will copy the fields you need to be visible on the issue to custom fields when you link the company/contact to it.
This automation uses the "Copy template fields to custom fields" action, which can be triggered when a contact, company, or sale is linked to an issue. You'll need to configure which Atlas CRM template fields should be copied to which Jira custom fields.
The action supports mapping various Atlas CRM field types (like text, date, select list, and number) to compatible Jira custom field types. For example, a single-line text field from Atlas CRM can be mapped to a text or single-choice select list field in Jira.
Check out our documentation for a more detailed explanation of how to set this up.
Let me know if you need any help configuring this automation through our support portal

Welcome to our Community.
Do you want to show customer details for agents in jsm ticket view page according to the reporter? There's customer service management feature in JSM, which have Organizaiton and Customer features. You could toggle them on and maintain the details in them.
Another solution is to use Asset to store Customer information imported from external crm system.
Hope it helps,
THanks,

Hi @YY Brother thank you for the answer! I actually didn't know this was a feature that could be turned on or off. It's definitely very useful to be able to do this without an add-on.
