Hello @Kellie McWhirter ~ check the Global Administration page > Global Configuration as shown below. Project Admins can create / modify rules for projects they have admin access to but this can also be restricted to admins who are members of a defined group. HTH

Check if the automation was created within a specific project or globally. If it's global, system admin access is required. If it's project-specific, you can use the following steps
Instead of granting system admin access, you can assign only specific project admin roles. Go to Project Settings > Users & Roles > Add Users, then select the Admin role.
