Is there a way of showing the tickets list page after opening a ticket , instead of the ticket details?

ticket list page? can you explain or add a image of what you mean? If you click on the link of the issue create it takes you to detailed issue view. That won't change. But not sure I understand what you are asking for here.

so that is what i thought you meant. That is a filtered list view. clicking on a specific issue will not take you there but, as you found, the detailed view. Now you can always get to the list view(s) via the project sidebar links.

Right after opening a ticket, the ticket detail is showed to the customer.
We actually want to check if there is a way of the filtered list to be shown instead.

This cannot be changed. The customer would need to click on "Requests" to get the list view.
