Is there a REST API to get the customer active/inactive status ?

I tried below API.

https://xxxx.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/user/search?query=abc@company.com

It will return  "accountType": "customer" for active customers.

However, nothing returned for inactive customers

So, is there a way to get customer status through any other API?

Hi @Roshinie_105953 here's what I found for the JSM API calls: JSM API 

I may be reading it wrong, but it appears the information is there, but there isn't a specific call to get it.
