We want to use Assist for approvals via MS Teams for several projects. We don't need the Support and Agent channels. So, I have the following questions:
I would use automation to send a channel notification about the ticket to the specific channel. Then whoever is in the channel can go to the ticket and approve it. The only issue with this is that you will be asked to go through the url to approve.
The other option, is why don't you keep it simple and use the email approvals?
