Does anyone know if there is any possibility to link JSM change calendar with Asset?
Why this question?
Because right now we have to manually include windows in the calendar. But when including them we can't link to an app or to a service we have identified in Asset. This would be perfect for the team, because then we could later see if we get requests on that same asset, if there is a window planned or not.
Right now the calendar only shows automatically the changes, but the rest is completely manual :(
The user experience would improve a lot and the advantages for the team as well.
