Is it possible to filter in jira automations for an asset attribute change

Hello,
ive recently ran into the problem that i wanna stop billing accounts (jira asset) from being booked once they hit the status closed (asset attribute of billing account). Im achieving this over jira property on a status. Now i wanna move the ticket into that status as soon as the billing account attribut status hits the status erledigt. No ive built a automation that achieves this but its not rly optimal since i have to run it every 5 min but i cant find a better trigger or architecture to set this up. Does anyone know a better way?
