Hi Harry,

 

for Server Version, there is an App availbale, dedicated for that purpose.

You can change any CSS in your Portal.

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220685/css-portal-styler-for-jira-service-desk?hosting=server&tab=overview

But this requires some CSS skills.

As far as I know, CSS is only possible in Server and not Cloud. Maybe look and see if there are any templates you can purchase which can change the font?
