We have recently connected intercom and our Jira site to better manage our tickets.
The flow is as follows:
1 - The customer contacts the advisor via intercom
2 - Advisor creates Jira ticket from intercom directly
3 - tech Support engineer receives ticket in Jira Service Management
What we would like to do is to make sure that the customer advisor or any other person, can see the tickets he has created in Jira.
Today, we manage to share a list of tickets using a dasheboard from a third-party application. But they cannot see the information in the ticket
