Instead of a signature from the mail, the font is crooked

When someone writes to us by email, a task is automatically created in Jira, some employees use a signature in the mail like “Best Regards...” so, in Jira it’s all displayed in this form, how can I fix it? What field is responsible for this?

Thank you, but I solved this problem, I just removed the HTML format in the settings and left it as text
