Import Data to Service Management

Hello,

I've created a Service Management project for collecting team member requests. I'm wondering if it's possible to import previous request records that were received and completed before I started using Jira.

I attempted to export the data in Excel format, manually added more records, and then reimported it into the same project. However, this approach doesn't seem to work.

Please advise.

When you say it "doesn't seem to work", what does that mean? What is failing/not working?
