Hi there.

I've Expected the result: All the tickets have been created by some Organization that's able to view only specific people assigned, and I want all Tickets that have been created to be viewed by Jira Admin. Because I want to make JSM for an Audit Platform.

For example, If they're an Admin, they possible to view:

  • All Issues
  • My Open Issues
  • Reported by me
  • Open Issues
  • Done Issues
  • Viewed Recently
  • Resolved Recently
  • Updated Recently

For Spesific Organization that i assign a ticket, they possible to view:

  • My Open Issues
  • Done Issues

Because if there's something kind of issues, another Directorate / Organization restriction to View, Edit or manipulating the Data.

Can someone help me please? Thank you

@Muhammad Rizqi Alfarabi -

You should be able to setup Issue Security Scheme setup for your JSM project in question.  Each issue in the project will need to be tagged with the appropriate security level, thus the security level assigned will control the issue's visibility and discovery for your users.

Here is the reference on Issue Security Configuration - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-issue-security-schemes/

Hope this helps.
