I have two products, and I want to enable the Atlassian Intelligence feature in the settings page. However, no products are displayed. Could there be an error in my configuration?

It looks in your screenshot that you are on the Free plan.
According to the documentation AI (Atlassian Intelligence) is only available for Premium and Enterprise customers.
