I need a Number Field in a Service Request form to add up the scores of other number fields

I have 7 Number Fields, with an option of entering between 1 - 10.

I'd like to set up an automation to calculate the sum total of those fields into another Number Field:

Regulatory

Credibility

Risk of lost income

Cost reduction

Paid change

New income

Build cost (based on T-shirt size)

Total reward score

Is this possible?

I've tried using Automation, but I'm not sure what I need to input.

I found a script from someone using a more complex calculation and I've tried to make it work for adding numbers.  What am I doing wrong?
