I cannot find the CTA to 'create major incident' in my incident issue view. I have the option to toggle on/off the major incident.
Secondly, how do I configure Opsgenie settings?
Are you trying to create the major incident within "opsgenie"?
Most, if not all the "opsgenie" functionalities have been moved to JSM.
When you add the Major Incident toggle to your issue's screen, it doesn't actually do anything. . . it's just like a flag.
So, not sure what you are expecting here.
