I cannot get connect to the Atlassian Market Place from the Jira to find new addons

ERROR/Results : 
No apps matching your search criteria are available for installation in your JIRA instance. You can build your own!

Checked the settings option in the bottom of the page it is enabled. 
Tried Restart No use.
Tried all options from drop down but no results.

Version: Jira Server 8.5.5

Any suggestion are appreciated.

"No apps matching your search criteria are available for installation in your JIRA instance" means one of two things:

• Your Jira server has no valid network route to the marketplace (you will need to fix your network)
• There are no apps that work on your Jira version that do what you searched for

I suspect the second.  As you have not said what you are searching for, we cannot tell you a lot more than "it is not there (yet)".
