I want to personalize my tickets and so I have been creating screens, screens scheme and other stuffs to manage that.
However, I didn’t manage to do it like I wanted.
I have different categories (ex: sub-tasks, incident, problem) and I want to customize each one of them.
Of course, if I have an incident, I want the start date and others info that I don’t want in other categories like request service.
But even with administrator roles, and schemes actives -> I see when I remove Label for example, the fields are removed from my ticket creation.
I cannot display fields like start date or the fields I want to choose. I am limited with assignee, Label, reporter and 2 others.
Does anyone have a solution to that ?
Thanks !
Hi @Maxence Plitta welcome on the community :)
First...I'd like to know what type of Jira do you use? Cloud or DC? In case you are using Cloud, are you on Team Based or Company Based project?

I have found a part of the response !
I have been working on Jira Cloud on Teams for my users to create ticket via Teams directly.
And the problem comes from here, all my fields are present on Jira creation ticket menu.
I need to find out why the Jira Cloud app on Teams would block me all these fields.

I just found out that the app Jira cloud on Teams is just totaly bug and others users are experimenting a lot of bugs.
I think we will just moove on to another solution and i do not recommand to anyone to install this app...
It costed me severals hours of work.
Thanks for helping anyway and have a good continuation !
