I can't use JIRA as before

Hi, I used JIRA at before company and now I used it on new company also.
But I have a question that I could not reply the comment on JIRA page as before.
As you can see the picture I attached, I can only reply the comment on that page.
But actually, I reply the comment on the picture #2. But, I could not do that now and also, I can't attach picture on there.
Is there are any other way that I could use it as before?
I think previous way is more comfortable to me and easy to recognize the content.
