some options are unavailable in the server version of Service desk 3.8.2

Hi Chandra,

It is true that the same features don't exist on both Jira Service Desk Cloud and Server, as they are different applications.

Could you let me know if there is a particular feature that you are looking for? I can let you know if it should be there on the Server version or not.
