How to run a report or export the tickets information to customer

Some of my customers would like us to provide monthly support tickets report, which including status (i.e. in progress, resolved...etct).

I managed to created a queue but no export function available.

 

Please help.

Hi @Michael Woong,

Your queue is based on a filter that you created. If you apply that same filter in Filter > Advanced issue search, you do have the ability to export the issues from there.

You can even save the filter there, so it becomes reusable for monthly exports.

Hope this helps! 

Can you export to csv or pdf.

Default export file formats are CSV, HTML, XLM, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, RSS.

If instead of just exporting issues to Excel you would like to use templates to create useful Excel reports like the one below, one option you can also try is Better Excel Exporter Cloud.

You can not only export a mere list of Jira Service Management ticket, but export meta data (history, internal/public comments, etc) or create pivot tables and charts to communicate more insightful detail to your customers.
