How to personalize comments from agents with a picture of the agent?

Hi,

Would it be possible to add a picture for every of our agents?

So the customer could immediately see in the email the actual agent who is answering him.

In the email notification template i guess you could try to embed an image into it and use conditional formatting.

For example

If {{author}} = 'A' then display Image A

If {{author}} = "B" then display image B

The massive downside of this though (if it would even work) is that you would have to edit it each time a agent joined or left your organisation.
