I'm using Jira Cloud Service Management. Is there a way to modify the validation message on Portal?
If there is, how can I navigate the page to modify the message? Thank you so much!
Unfortunately, we cannot modify the validation message. However, you may consider to update the help text (Description) for your fields associated with your request type form. This is where you can let your customer know a bit more details on why the field is required.
Lastly, the description should still be short and concise as per best practices.
