How to create SLA against Severity not by type of issue

HI,

I want to set SLA according to my severity, right now it is set as per the type of issue.

please help me change this.

 I am using JIRA Service desk.

Hello Himanshu, 

 You can define the SLAs with the JQL that you need, in this case you must use severity field in your JQL,  I recommend reading this website for more details (specially create and edit SLA goals) :

it seems jsd focuses on these options when a sla is created, but editing a current one like Himanshu is stating are not option for existing sla, rather only available when creating one. Jira really needs to focus on full edit capability vs re-creating a new one. Would save us a lot of time as most of what jira sd comes with, works - minus some minor edits that cant be done.
