How to automatical create a ticket every year scheduled + copies of the ticket depending on a field

Hi!

I am trying to set a scheduled automated created of a ticket once a year. I am doing it using automation and it works. But I also need for the ticket to be cloned according to the of the fields with the names of the customers. So the Master request should be created and with it copies of the ticked linked to it. We should be able to fin these copied ticket in jira so we need to add a field name they were copied for in the ticket Summary.

Is it possible to do so?

Hi @Vera Valshonok 

By cloning an issue by default the CLONE value is added in the summary of the new issue and its linked to the issue your trigger the clone action from.

What do you exactly need to be added more?

I need to add different fields that would copy from the master request and have lots of cones, not succeeding to do it in the same automation where I've set the automatic creation of a ticket next year.
