I have replaced the logo in every place that I can think of, but the login screen for a service desk portal still has a place-filler logo. I have no idea how I changed it originally or how to change it now and would appreciate any help. It is specifically http://<mysite>/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=portal%2F2
Hey folks, this has been fixed. I use Refined Theme for JSD. Activating Refined Theme globally kept me from seeing the ability to customize the portal login screen. I just had to disable it globally and then navigate to http://<base url>/servicedesk/customer/portals?customize=true as mentioned in this community article https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Change-Service-Desk-Logo/qaq-p/333983. I want to thank Maria Heij at RefinedTheme for taking the time to help me with this issue.
HI @kirchts

Thank you for the post, but this has already been tried. I even changed the size of the new logo 5 times thinking it was being rejected due to size. It shows up in the settings just fine, but not on the site. I have cleared the cache, went to a different computer, etc. Once logged in the new logo shows up all over with no problem; just not on the login screen.

if you are following the instructions and it isn't working I would certainly open a ticket. I'm on cloud and it works fine so maybe something is up w/ your version of server.
