Can someone help me to resolve below issue?
Customer is unable to see "Priority", "Description" in the Customer Service Portal column section where all the created requests show up.
Below is the screenshot for your reference... Priority and description is missing in it ..
You can choose Customize section on the right side of that page.
However, currently you can only choose from a list of predefined columns and cannot add custom columns to the requests list.
Your customers can customize their view by selecting Manage columns on their requests list to edit and reorder columns.
In the list of predefined columns, there are not Priority and Description options.
If you need it, you have to use the add-on, for example My Requests Extension for Jira Service Management which allows you to define which system and custom fields you want to present your customers in the table.
