How can customers view tickets with a particular status - not just OPEN or CLOSED tickets in the portal.?
We need customers to be able to view only tickets that have a status of 'with customer' for example, when viewing their tickets in the customer portal.
Currently running JSD V3.3.0, and Jira V7.3.0

Ability to choose specific status on Customer Portal is available for Cloud as described here

For on-prem solutions it is still only available on limited option as it was always (open/closed)
