How can I download a list of customers forJSD

I would like to download a list of customers who have signed up for Service Desk, but am not able to find a way to view a full list of all customers.

This should, I think, be a fairly simple task, but it doesn't seem as though JIRA supports this. Any suggestions?

Hi, I know it's been a long time since this question was posted but I'm in need of getting the list.

If you have the query string for the DB, would you mind sharing with mankind?

Also, where can I suggest features and improvements for the Service Desk?

I would like to propose 2 features regarding this:

• the ability to send email notifications to ALL you customers, for example, when you're going to do maintenance on Service Desk (on-premises, of course).
• the 'download customers information as csv' button!

I need to download the customer list located in a project to send an email notification for a maintenance activity but I don't know how to do it

Are you on cloud, or behind the firewall? You could pull the info in the DB by joining the cwd_user and cwd_group tables together.
