How can I do so that the JIRA Service Desk requests will be visible to a different customer?
I need to do that because I have different users "customer" but workmates in the same company .
they would like to see all requests by company.
Is it possible?
Not yet - it is reported to Atlassian and everyone is waiting for this functionality.
In the new version JIRA Service Desk you have this option

This roadmap is only for OnDemand - so I would expect to have similar functionality in our own instances shortly after it is published for OD.
