I want to add the "watcher" on the page to show the names, but I‘m not able to find the field to add in the page. How can I add it, or which field should I add?

I am assuming you are referring to Jira Software project and not JSM project. If so, if you click on the "eye" symbol, you should see something like the pop-up screen below
If you don't see it, then you will need to check project's permission configuration to ensure that you are assigned with the following permission right -
However, if it is a JSM project, then you should use Request Participants instead of Watcher. However, it works the same as above.
