Hi team, question regarding timeline view on jira - how do i make sure the drop arrow shows up?

As shown in above imag. I'm using epics to track my timeline view. Each epic has a sub-issue type - (Risk, Gap). Most of epics are getting this drop arrow beside them but few of them are showing this arrow, although there are issues (Risk/Gap) under them. Please suggest ways to get that arrow popped up?

@Wani, Yash On the ones that the arrow does not show up what is the status of the sub-issue?  How is that sub-issue a sub task or is it linked?
