Hi,
As Joe mentioned, Atlassian added a simple option to the native Requests page.
For more demanding customers, we've recently released My Requests Extension for Jira Service Management. I'm a product owner of this app. It provides a dedicated Requests view which allows to display more information to your customers. List of all supported fields you can find in our documentation. This list is still expanding! Re-arrange columns, sorting, exporting etc. are available. We're working also on filters functionality (the same like in the server version).
If you have more requirements according to this app, let us know via Customer Portal. You can also find me at LinkedIn.
Cheers,
Kate
This was shipped to all customers today. The customers, in the portal, can filter by a specific status under the status filter.
cheers
joe

Hi Ugandren,
Currently, it's not possible to add more filters to the customer portal.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

Angélica

Thank you very much Angélica. I am new to this, and slow in understanding Jira, especially the workflows, is there some sort of guide that i can read up on it?

Ugan

Hi Ugandren,
Yes, all projects have a menu for reports where it already has some reports created by the system, but you can customize and create new reports.
You can find more information on the documentation below:

Hi Ugan,
For now, we can only export custom reports. Based on your question, I've created a feature request suggesting the implementation of the ability to export the team reports:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive the updates.

I have been looking at your link, and was wondering what the difference with Jira Cloud on my side. You are able to Export to XML, Word...etc...
I cannot do that on my projects.

Hi Ugan,
The jira.atlassian.com is a server instance and this is a Software project, not a customer portal, and as we are users on this site, this is the options we have.
The link that you sent is from your customer portal, and on the customer portal, it's not possible to export issues.
If you need to export issues, you must access Issues and filters > Search issues. Then on the top right corner, you will have the option to export issues.

Angélica
