Could you try a different browser (this is a bit of a long shot, but I've seen this warning happen for some browsers while others work) - I have tried in different browser but still facing the same error which is occurred before.

Another long shot - do you have any Tempo add-ons installed?  If you do, what state are they in?  Installed and working, or unlicensed, or turned off but still installed, etc.- No, We did not installed any add on like Tempo in our environment

Ugh.  The error you are getting on screen *should* be throwing something else into the log, but I have a horrid feeling that this warning you are getting is getting in the way.

It's not the cause of the workflow problem.  Could you look again for the actual errors related to workflow changes?

Ok, that's a good set of tests.

The error you are seeing is the wrong one though.  It's not the cause of the workflow problem.  Could you look again for the actual errors related to workflow changes?

1. Try adding a different workflow to the scheme - same error?-Added a different workflow to this scheme still facing issue

Ok, that looks like you have a corrupted scheme in your data.

I would want to read the application logs to look for errors that are happening at the time you try to associate the workflow.

But also, another couple of tests (or just question if you've already tried it) - could you

1. Try adding a different workflow to the scheme - same error?
2. Try creating a new workflow scheme and adding your workflow to it
3. Again with the new workflow scheme, add a different workflow.

We have created a new workflow and we have created a new workflow scheme and we are trying to add workflow to a newly created workflow scheme when we are doing this we are facing this error plus no changes are made to the schema i.e. the workflow that we tried to add is not added to the schema and its still in default state
Note: on clicking finish on 'add workflow screen' , when workflow scheme screen loads, there is no entry in it , we have to refresh the page to see if the change is implemented or not
