Extract binary/base64 data from atatchment.

Hello,

use case : i need to send the binary/base64 data of the attachment to a external system.

I have the file name and I need a way to extract binary/base64 file data using the file name.

is there a way to do it.

My best bet would be to use Scriptrunner. Once you have scriptrunner, you can do a ton of stuff.
