Hello atlassian-team,
is it possible to set a final date for a task or todo in confluence or jira and add a escalation principle to it?
There is a escalation definition behind f.e.
You start your task at 19.01.2019 you want it to be done until the final date 02.02.2019.
The job wasn't done until the final date.
Is it possible to send an automatic reminder to the responsible person or team?
1. Automatic escalation mail to the responsible person/team 3 days after the final date?
2. After another 3 days a escalation mail to the responsible person/team after the first escalation mail?
3. After another 3 days of the second escalation mail a final one contacting the person/team and his/her boss?
