Enable/Disable fields on customer portal Form w.r.t other fields values.

Hi,

         I need to disable/enable or hide/show some of the fields on the form instantaneously when some other fields on customer portal form filled with some specific values. Does anyone have any idea in this regard?

Hi Mahesh,

in plugin Service Pack for JIRA Service Desk there is option dynamic forms. It can show/hide fields depending on value selected in select custom field. Is it what you are looking for? In tjis plugin there are also much more features that can make your service desk much user-friendly.

Thanks Daniel for your recommendation for  Service Pack for JIRA Service Desk . It's really a great plugin for modifying customer portal of JIRA service desk.
