Buenos días, 

DAVID.pngTengo problemas para enviar correos en Jira Service Desk.

Inicialmente utilizaba el periodo de prueba de 30 dias y podia enviar/recibiar correos sin ningun problema.

Al compar la licencia y ponerla en el servidor, ahora solamente puedo recibir correos pero no enviar.

Hi David,

If you are using Jira Service Desk in your Jira instance, then you will need to have a valid license installed here to make Service Desk work.

If you would like to purchase this kind of license, I would recommend creating a support ticket on https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and selecting the billing and licensing section.   One of our customer advocates can help you with that.

 

However if you were only using the trial and do not want to continue to use Service Desk, I would recommend that you delete that specific license from your system.  You can do this by going to the Gear icon -> Applications -> Versions & Licenses.

On this page there will appear a Trash Can icon next to the license key for Jira Service Desk.  You can delete this expired license key in order to resolve this problem.

If you have deleted this license key and the mail is still not working correctly, perhaps try to restart Jira once more and please let us know the results.
