Email Notifications:- Jira does not email to people on cc

For a Jira bug we have assignee and cc fields. the email is currently 

sent only to assignee and not to people on cc field. How can this be fixed?

Is 'cc field' your custom field or what? If so, you need to setup your notification scheme to send emails on some event to people in custom field 'cc field'.

Also it can be done by postfunction.
