There are many issues with no resolution entered, I want to change their resolutions in bulk. While doing this, I will add the Done to Done transition on the workflow, set the resolution as Done, add the post function and perform it. I want this change not to go to customers as a notification e-mail.
Is there a solution you can suggest for this?

You can choose which notifications you want your customers to receive when you go to Project Settings -> Customer Notifications, and since you are looking for the requests that have been resolved,you can toggle off the Request resolved option.
Will it work if I leave the send e mail button blank while Bulk without changing it?
